BELLY DANCE 1
Belly Dance is characterized by intricate hip work, fluid serpentine movements, torso isolations, and sharp accents. It is a low-impact whole-body exercise and a fun, uplifting, and empowering dance. Students will learn fundamental moves, isolations, and proper dance posture.
This class is for absolute beginners.
